The City of Subiaco is committed to maintaining acceptable entry fees that are competitive with other similar Centres in the Perth metropolitan area. As a result, reviews to our fees and charges are conducted on an annual basis.

A small increase in membership fees was proposed this year to ensure the Centre is adequately maintained and is able to provide a high level of service and programs to our members and the community. Council adopted the new fees on Tuesday 30 June 2026, and will come into effect at Lords Recreation Centre on Tuesday 28 July 2026.

 Yes, members have access to 84 days of free suspension per year of membership.

 Members are eligible for free suspension for up to 84 days per membership year. For extenuating circumstances and medical suspensions, the Memberships Team may grant an extension to your suspension with supported documentation.  

 All visitors over the age of 18 years are more than welcome to purchase a casual visit pass for the gym or group fitness prior to joining up, for $22.50 (standard). 16 and 17 year olds may purchase a casual visit with a parent or guardian present. The 10-visit pass is $210 so is a great option for people wanting a short term and affordable option with full access. Otherwise, our Flexi membership is super flexible with no lock-in contract!  

 The best value membership is the ongoing Flexi membership, at just $45 per fortnight.

No, Fitness Passport holders are not impacted by the changes made to the membership options or pricing by Lords Recreation Centre.

 The Allied Health membership is reserved for members joining as part of a rehabilitation program or in conjunction with an approved allied health professional. These are organised by and invoiced to the relevant insurance or allied health company. Allied health memberships are 3 months in duration and must be approved and processed by the Memberships Team.  

 Yes, the FIFO membership is a 6-month membership. To be eligible for the FIFO membership, members must provide proof of their roster with documentation of their flights or similar.  

To support the upcoming transition to an online booking platform and streamline the process, non-member rates and visit passes have been discontinued and one rate is now applicable for all creche users. Non-members may still access the creche facilities.

No, existing pass packs will be honoured until expiry.
