Casual use
Patrons must be sixteen years of age to access the gym, pool and group fitness classes at Lords. Patrons under eighteen years must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Suspensions
Suspensions are available on one, three and twelve month memberships, as well as direct debit memberships, but not on visit cards. Lords charges a fee of $20 per suspension and five business days' notice of intent to suspend must be given.
Time limits apply as follows:
- One month membership – One week minimum/maximum
- Three month membership – One week minimum/three week maximum
- Twelve month membership – One week minimum/twelve week maximum
- Monthly direct debit membership – One month minimum (one payment)/three month maximum
- Fortnightly direct debit membership – Two week minimum (one payment)/twelve week maximum
