TEEN FITNESS

Our eight-week Teen Fitness Program is designed to help young people aged 12–16 develop confidence, strength, coordination, and overall fitness in a safe, supportive, and coach-led gym environment.

TEEN FITNESS

Our eight-week Teen Fitness Program is designed to help young people aged 12-16 develop confidence, strength, coordination, and overall fitness in a safe, supportive, and coach-led gym environment.

Group classes begin Monday 13th October.

  • Eight-week term-based program
  • Sessions held Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:45pm–4:30pm
  • Choose one group session/week – $115 or two sessions/week – $200
  • Led by qualified gym instructors
  • New movements and techniques introduced each fortnight
  • Includes machine work, free weights, partner exercises, and team circuits

We focus on progress over perfection — teens are supported to work at their own pace, challenge themselves, and cheer each other on.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask all participants to:

  1. Arrive prepared - on time, in activewear, with water and a towel
  2. Respect others - coaches, peers, and equipment
  3. Use equipment safely - only as instructed
  4. Stay focused - no phones unless permitted
  5. Look after yourself - speak up if unsure or unwell
  6. Be consistent - regular attendance supports growth

Your teen’s safety and development are our top priorities:

  • All medical needs are reviewed before starting
  • Sessions are fully supervised by qualified staff
  • Gym access is only during program times (unless a membership is held 14 and above)
  • Emergency contact and health info are stored securely
