Are you looking for some morning motivation but not sure where to start? SWEAT is for you!

SWEAT is small group training designed to build strength and improve cardiovascular fitness. Offering a less formal and cosier feel to our standard group fitness classes, the SWEAT class is located on the gym floor and includes a combination circuit of functional fitness, cardio and resistance training.

With a capacity of 12 people, SWEAT enables you to get the feel for personal training whilst still immersing yourself in an encouraging group atmosphere! All fitness levels are welcome and options are always available.

Class times:
  • Monday to Friday: 6:15am – 7am
  • Mondays and Wednesdays Additional Classes: 7am – 7:45am
