Acqua Physiotherapy

Established in 1992, Acqua Physiotherapy has been providing aquatic physiotherapy pool classes for seniors for over 30 years. Conducted by Physiotherapist Serena Pearce, our small classes (max. 12 people) are friendly and fun, with Serena in the water too, tailoring the exercises to suit your individual needs. Whether you are wanting to improve your balance or increase your muscle strength, fitness and co-ordination, Serena has the knowledge and expertise to help you “Move Well and Stay Well”. The one hour classes run three times per week throughout the year with health fund rebates applicable. |

Jungle Sports

Established in 2003, Jungle Sports is one of Australia’s most popular children’s multi-sports programs, catering for children aged from eighteen months to six years. With each program varying according to the age of the child, Jungle Sports introduces your superstars to the fun and excitement of the most popular sports whilst helping them develop co-ordination, encourage social skills and increase confidence. |
Lito Alvarez

Lito is a former professional ATP player and Davis Cup captain with over forty years tennis experience. Lito provides private and group coaching lessons at Lords for all ages and ability levels. |
Perth'ect Academy

Perth'ect Volleyball Academy (PVA) is a social sport association based in Perth. The objective of the academy is to stimulate the interest of volleyball-related events such as social sessions, volleyball events, tournaments, training sessions, volleyball holiday camps, and competitive games. PVA is open to people of all skill levels and abilities. |
Peak Trampoline

Pro Football Training
|
Pro Football Training (PFT) aims to make a positive contribution to the technical, tactical, physical, mental, emotional and lifestyle development of all football players. Established in 2009 by former professional players, Mark Lee and Barry Wood, their programs engage over 1500 children per week across the Perth and South West WA. The success of Pro Football Training has been built on the culture of player interaction, participation and inclusion. The feedback they get from the players enables us to provide them with new concepts and challenges to further their football knowledge and help them build the confidence to realise their potential. School holiday clinics PFT holiday clinics are open to all players, from absolute beginner through to children who aspire to progress further in the sport. During the four day clinic, players will learn new skills and increase their awareness of the game as well as have a fun experience whilst meeting new friends. Player development program The PFT player development program provides players with an ideal opportunity to learn and enhance their love of the game in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment. The positive learning environment we create for all players allows them to be fully engaged, encouraged to express themselves and develop all aspects of their game both on and off the training ground. Soccer Super Heroes Soccer Super Heroes is aimed at children aged eighteen months through to seven years old. The mission behind the program is to engage more children in physical activity, using soccer as the vehicle, while making sure that physical activity is made fun! |
Redhage Basketball

Redhage Basketball is a new and exciting basketball training program in Western Australia. All programs have been designed personally by Perth Wildcats legend and Olympian Shawn Redhage. Their programs and camps are focused on giving players a pathway to learn the skills that are required from primary schools all the way up to the elite professional level. Lords is the proud home of Subiaco Kings Squash Club! Subiaco Kings Squash Club is Perth's premiere squash club, conveniently located here at Lords. The club welcomes players of all ages, genders and ability levels. Superfins

Telethon Superfins Learn to Swim are a not-for-profit swim school for school age children with disabilities. Superfins offers both one-on-one and group lessons, Tuesday to Thursdays during the school term. They also run a pre-squad group and a teenage fitness group. |
