Our heated indoor pool
Our 25 metre indoor heated swimming pool is one metre in depth from end to end and heated to approximately 30 degrees all year round.
It provides the perfect environment for water running, muscular rehabilitation and aqua fitness classes, as well as an intense water-resistance workout or a cool down after a strenuous weights session.
Pool lane availability
We do our best to provide a wide variety of pool based options, including lanes for lap swimming, water walking, swim squads and pool based group fitness sessions. We also offer booking options to a wide range of community groups, including swimming schools, pre-natal classes and disability programs.
The pool is open 5:45am-9pm Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm on Saturdays and 8am-5pm on Sundays.
Please ensure you check our pool lane availability prior to your swimming or water-walking session to ensure you have selected a time when lane availability suits your needs. Please note the live availability does not reflect the number of members using the pool for recreational swimming outside of bookings or classes.
There is no casual entry to the pool.
Lords offers aqua classes that are a great alternative to the gym and other group fitness classes. Aqua is fun 45 minute workout in the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, mobility and strength. Toning work and stretching is included in the class.
Swim squad is a one hour training session for intermediate to advanced swimmers, covering distances from 2.2km to 2.5km within each session. Swim squad is a great way to knock out the laps and improve your swimming fitness.
You can register to attend swim squad online via our member portal, in person via our group fitness kiosk or at reception.
Lords also welcomes group bookings for organised group training and pool rehabilitation activities.
