Gold Classes
**PLEASE NOTE: Our Senior and Gold classes at Shenton Park Community Centre and Palms Community Centre will not be running over the festive period - from 19 December 2025 to 11 January 2026.**
Classes at Lords
Gold circuit
A circuit based resistance class designed to assist in the prevention and management of many age related health conditions. Emphasis on functional fitness relevant to seniors and instructed in a fun and sociable environment.
Gold circuit is held in the Lords gym at 11am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The class costs $10.25 or is included in your Lords membership.
Classes at City of Subiaco community centres
Gold Dance
A modified dance class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The class introduces easy-to-follow dance choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Gold Dance is held at 10:00am on Tuesdays at Shenton Park Community Centre and 9:30am on Thursdays at the Palms Community Centre. The class costs $5 or is included in your Lords membership.
Gold Fitness
A balance of exercises that will enhance your cardio fitness, and strengthen and condition your muscles to improve coordination, stamina, balance and mobility. A choice to use light hand weights to add resistance is offered. Enjoy the friendly, safe and nurturing environment of this specialised session.
Gold Fitness is held at 9:30am on Wednesdays at Shenton Park Community Centre. The class costs $5 or is included in your Lords membership.
Gold Pilates
A fun class that improves mobility, builds strength and develops balance. A variety of Pilates based exercises performed sitting on a chair or standing with a chair for support. Informative, take-home tips to help you move more freely in your everyday life.
Gold Pilates is held at 11:00am on Tuesdays at Shenton Park Community Centre and 10:30am on Thursdays at The Palms Community Centre. The class costs $5 or is included in your Lords membership.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga improves flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, coordination and general wellbeing. We use a chair for ease, safety and comfort while doing traditional yoga postures, whether sitting or standing. The class is fun, social and non-threatening and requires no previous understanding or experience of yoga.
Chair Yoga is held at 10:45am on Mondays and 10.:30am on Wednesdays at Shenton Park Community Centre. The class costs $5 or is included in your Lords membership.
