    ABOUT ME

    Before working in the fitness industry, I spent several years in the corporate world, so I understand what it feels like to walk into a gym and not know where to start. That experience helps me relate to many people who are new to training or returning after time away.

    Over the past five years I’ve worked as a CrossFit coach, gym instructor, group fitness instructor and personal trainer. During this time, I’ve helped people of all experience levels build confidence in the gym, improve their strength and body composition, and develop sustainable training habits.

    My approach focuses on building strong foundations first – good movement, consistent routines and training that fits into your lifestyle. I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier and more confident, whether they’re just starting out or looking to take their training to the next level.
