ABOUT ME
I’m a committed Personal Trainer with 16 years’ experience. I am approachable, fun and eager to help you achieve your fitness goals.
I’ve been in the Australian Defence Force for 7 years, gaining invaluable experience in physical and mental fitness and health. I’ve trained in a variety of self-defence styles such as Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, and Kali, and I’m constantly trying to improve on every aspect of my physical and mental training and health.
My main priority when training clients is ensuring your health and body come first. Focusing on form work, rehabilitation and strength, I welcome all levels of fitness to achieve confidence and happiness within themselves mentally and physically.
