ABOUT ME
I’m a dedicated Personal Trainer and Physiotherapy student with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. I’ve coached high-energy group classes like F45 and S30, and worked one-on-one with clients chasing all kinds of goals - returning from injury, hitting PBs, or just wanting to feel more confident in the gym.
I have a strong sporting background and now work as a sports trainer across touch rugby, rugby union, and football. This has shaped my interest in injury prevention, functional movement, and athletic performance. Outside of the gym, you’ll find me outdoors - swimming, playing sports, volunteering or just staying active however I can.
Above all, I care about building confidence, delivering results, and making training something my clients genuinely enjoy.
