ABOUT ME
I have been involved in sport for most of my life, taking every opportunity to play and be part of a team. I have completed undergraduate and postgraduate honours in Sport Science, Exercise and Health. Alongside mystudies, I gained extensive hands-on experience across different areas of sports wcience. I completed three years of practicum with the West Coast Eagles Football Club, and I am currently the strength and conditioning coach at Scotch College, where I have coached classes and designed programs for a variety of sports including AFL, swimming, and rowing.
No matter your experience level in the gym, safety will always come first. I believe in building a strong foundation of essential liftsand technique before progressing to more advanced training. Whether you are an athlete aiming to improve performance for game day or someone simply wanting to get healthier, lose fat, and build strength, I’m here to support your goals and make the process easier, while sharing my passion for fitness every step of the way.
