ABOUT ME
I have been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach for 8 years, supported by over 18 years of my own training experience across a wide range of gyms. During this time, I’ve gained extensive knowledge of the fitness industry and a deep understanding of what truly helps people make long-term progress.

Sport has always been a big part of my life, with Football (soccer) being a lifelong passion. I’ve always believed in staying active, not just for physical health but for overall happiness and well-being. Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me outdoors – I’m an avid hiker and have been fortunate enough to complete some incredible challenges, including reaching the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and hiking in destinations such as Peru and Morocco.

With my professional experience as a PT and gym instructor, combined with my own years of training, adventure, and personal achievement, I’m passionate about helping others succeed.
