Minimum time, maximum effort, real results. 

Small group training has arrived at Lords! SWEAT is designed to build strength and improve cardiovascular fitness fast! From EMOM to AMRAP,  plus a variety of team coaches, no class will ever be the same! With a capacity of 12 people, SWEAT enables you to get the feel for personal training whilst still immersing yourself in an encouraging group atmosphere!
