If you’ve been paying attention to Lords social media for the last few weeks, you might have noticed us repeating the phrase #somethingiscoming quite a bit. Well, the wait is over and we’re excited to announce: Les Mills GRIT has landed at Lords!
A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle, GRIT is the fastest way to get back to where you want your fitness to be.
From Monday 30 August, Lords will be adding two new programs to our Group Fitness timetable: GRIT Strength and GRIT cardio. Combining barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises, GRIT Strength is all about blasting those major muscle groups while GRIT Cardio focuses around bodyweight exercises, providing the challenge and intensity you need to get results – fast!
In typical Les Mills fashion, both of these classes will incorporate awesome tunes and inspirational coaches who aren’t afraid to get down on the floor with you and provide the motivation required to get the results you’re looking for.
In addition to adding GRIT to our Group Fitness timetable, we’ve also made some small updates and added more of the sessions our members love, increasing our classes to 88 a week.
