28 Day HIIT Challenge

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has been the big focus for fitness over the last few years, the shorter class lengths and higher exertion required mean that people can get fitter faster and the science behind it backs this up.

How it works:
  • Complete 12 HIIT classes between 15 November and 12 December to go in the running
  • Eligible classes are GRIT Strength, GRIT Cardio and SPRINT
  • If you want to double your chances to win, get a bodyscan with our gym staff between 8-14 November and 13-19 December to see the results of your hard work!
  • Prize is a $100 voucher for the Subiaco Hotel
