Mechwest Volleyfest
Get amongst the action at Lords this winter and be a part of our corporate challenge!
Spanning over nine weeks, we'll be running a weekly lunch time competition to get your bodies moving, blood pumping, and team performing.
The Details
What is it?
Lords is running a 9-week volleyball competition designed specifically for local businesses and surrounds to break up the working week.
Running each Tuesday between Tuesday 21 May and 16 July, you will play against other teams to claim naming rights to the cup along with other prizes!
Games will last 30 minutes, giving your team the time to play the match and freshen up in our facilities before heading back to the office.
How much is it?
The registration fee is $500 per team for the entire season, including networking event post-Grand Final!
What's included?
We provide everything, you just need to turn up!

- Umpires
- Scoring and ladders
- Shower and changing room facilities
- Finals played off over the two final weeks, followed by a networking event here at Lords to connect with the other companies who also enjoyed this league.
We are also excited to offer a Free Pass to all participants during Round One to try our split-level Gym with state of the art equipment, or our action packed Group Fitness classes. We have something for everyone to try!
Enjoy what Lords has to offer? Up to four team members can then claim a free membership for the remainder of the season (eight weeks). Don't worry, we'll be in touch to hook you up.
How many team members do we need?
Games will generally have 5-7 team members, depending on the sport. Plan for 5, with a couple of substitutes.
We appreciate that some teammates may swap from week to week. Especially once word spreads in the office...
If you have more people interested, you could have multiple teams. Similarly, if you don't quite have enough, why not connect with other businesses in your network who may be interested? The more the merrier!
What's up for grabs?
The winner of the competition will receive a $200 voucher for BARK Subiaco, along with some invaluable marketing exposure to our strong community network!

What is the level of commitment?
We just ask that you commit to one hour per week for nine weeks (excluding travel time) allowing you to play one 30-minute match while leaving time to shower and change before returning to your office.
Have more time to spare? Great! Relax in our sauna for some post-game recovery or grab a bite to eat at our café.
Games will be held between 11:30am and 1:30pm every Tuesday from Tuesday 21 May to 16 July.
