Lords members can now purchase crèche visits for their child online, via our member portal.

Please follow these steps to get started:

1. Go to the Lords online member portal.

2. Log in and go to the dashboard.

3. Click on your name in the top right corner. This will take you to your account.

4. Click on select user. This will display all dependants linked to your account. 

5. Select the child you want to purchase crèche passes for. Please note: if your child’s name/s do not appear, you are not registered as their parent/guardian.  Please contact the centre to have this actioned.

6. Click on the home button in the top left corner.

7. Scroll down and click on passes, then buy pass.

8. Select the pass type you want to purchase, then click continue.

9. Check that the item displayed in your cart is correct then continue to payment and follow the prompts to purchase the passes.

10. The passes have now been added to your child's account. Please tag in at the crèche at your next visit!

Things to note:

• You can only purchase passes for one child per transaction.

• You must already have a valid member portal login, and have your child linked to your account.
