Mitch’s interest in fitness came in his early twenties after taking up boxing to lose weight. He then moved onto powerlifting and strength training and ten years later decided to change careers and turn his passion and hobby into a full-time endeavour.
His main focus is on weight training and he enjoys making his clients
stronger. He loves to motivate and encourage his clients and is always happy to help out and assist members with their training and programming.
Mitch has the following qualifications:
- Certificate III and IV in Health and Fitness – Gym Instruction & Personal Training
- Senior First aid and CPR Certificate
- Kettlebell and suspension training level 1
- AIF Master Trainer
