Lords runs free monthly health and fitness workshops open to the whole community, where participants get tips and demonstrations from our team of experienced personal trainers. You’ll learn about everything from kickboxing to maintaining muscle mass and bone density as you age.

November workshop – Healthy eating and weight loss

This November, join Bec for a free workshop covering the basics of healthy eating and nutrition, where to source good recipes, as well as the key to weight loss.

December workshop – Training for life

This December, join Zoe for a free workshop on the importance of execution and correct form during exercise to prevent long and short term injuries. Participants will learn about activation of deep core muscles and for this affects technique.
