Lords runs free monthly health and fitness workshops open to the whole community, where participants get tips and demonstrations from our team of experienced personal trainers. You’ll learn about everything from kickboxing to maintaining muscle mass and bone density as you age.

Want to strengthen your core? Take on the challenge and conquer the plank!
This August, our gym instructors are ready to help you improve your plank time and educate you about the benefits a strong core can have on everyday life.
This challenge is open to everyone, so simply head to the gym desk and speak to one of our instructors to get started.
August workshop – Core training
This month, join personal trainer Zoe for a free core strength workshop.
Zoe is an in-house Pilates instructor with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and in this one hour interactive workshop she will be teaching participants all about the core muscles, as well as how best to train your core.
When: Saturday 18 August from 9.30am to 10.30am
