Lords runs free monthly health and fitness workshops open to the whole community, where participants get tips and demonstrations from our team of experienced personal trainers. You’ll learn about everything from kickboxing to maintaining muscle mass and bone density as you age.
October workshop – Blackroll foam rolling tutorial
This month, Chris Heppleler from Blackroll Australia presents a workshop on the basics and benefits of using a foam roller.
Participants will learn the foundations of using a foam roller as part of the warm up & recovery process along with using the foam roller in a class setting.
This workshop is appropriate for all ability levels.
When: Monday 22 october from 5pm to 6.30pm
