Monthly health and fitness workshops
Lords runs free monthly health and fitness workshops open to the whole community, where participants get tips and demonstrations from our team of experienced personal trainers. You’ll learn about everything from kickboxing to maintaining muscle mass and bone density as you age.
November workshop – Heart rate 101
This month, join personal trainer Kat as she discusses how to use your heart rate to maximise your workout.
Participants will learn how to find their target heart rate and set heart rate goals. They will also learn the benefits of working in varying heart rate zones when training.
This workshop is appropriate for all ability levels.
