Monthly health and fitness workshops
Lords runs free monthly health and fitness workshops open to the whole community, where participants get tips and demonstrations from our team of experienced personal trainers. You’ll learn about everything from kickboxing to maintaining muscle mass and bone density as you age.
April workshop – Mobility check-in session
In April, join Stuart for a free workshop on mobility; the ability to move and be moved freely and easily. Stuart will go through some practical testing and actionable advice in this hands on mobility check-in session.
Participants will leave this workshop with invaluable guidelines to direct their movement practice and be able to apply this to their exercise regime.
When: Thursday 19 April from 7pm to 8pm
Where: The gym floor, Lords Recreation Centre
