Lords runs free monthly health and fitness workshops open to the whole community, where participants get tips and demonstrations from our team of experienced personal trainers. You’ll learn about everything from kickboxing to maintaining muscle mass and bone density as you age.

Join Join experienced physiotherapist, Deborah Kounis as she shares her knowledge on healthy ageing, balance and embracing preventative exercise.
This presentation will focus on information regarding balance and falls risk assessments. Balance retraining and preventative exercise will also be discussed and a light lunch will be provided.
