Lords runs free monthly health and fitness workshops open to the whole community, where participants get tips and demonstrations from our team of experienced personal trainers. You’ll learn about everything from kickboxing to maintaining muscle mass and bone density as you age.
March workshop – You are what you eat: The what, when and why of exercise nutrition.
This March, join Mitch for a free workshop on the best food to eat before, during and after your training, in order to achieve optimal results.
Participants will learn about the importance of nutrition, and how to balance what you eat, with when you work out.
When: Thursday 22 March from 7pm to 8pm
