Reopening fitness timetable

We are beyond excited about the Premier’s recent announcement regarding phase three of WA’s roadmap to reopening. We’re currently looking at our best course of action and what this means for Lords and we’ll  make an announcement about our plans early next week.

From Tuesday 26 May, Lords will be reopening with select group fitness classes and pool use sessions available to members only.

The following rules apply to the sessions on our new timetable:

  • Pre booking is essential for all classes and sessions. Only members who opt in to our COVID care membership are able to access our booking portal. Find out more here.
  • ​Group fitness classes have a maximum of 20 participants and pool based sessions have a maximum of 12 participants.
  • ​Group fitness classes (including aqua and gym style group training sessions) cost $8, to be paid in person prior to each class.
  • Pool use sessions (excluding aqua) cost $5, to be paid in person prior to each session.

Available group fitness and training classes

During the phase two stage of reopening, many of your favourite group fitness classes will be on offer, including BODYPUMP, yogalates and aqua. 
For those who would normally prefer to use the gym, our talented team of instructors have put together a series of gym style group training sessions, with ten classes available Monday to Saturday.


Using strength, agility and coordination to create the ultimate HIIT session (High Intensity Interval Training). This freestyle fitness session is run by a Lords personal trainer with the focus on utilising all muscle groups for a full body workout that will have you smiling, sweating and calorie burning.


A full body workout that will have you challenging your own fitness goals. This class will come with low impact options so is perfect for all fitness levels.
One of Lords personal trainers will support you through a combination of cardio bursts teamed up with bodyweight and weighted movements to give you the ultimate full body fix.


Introducing weighted workouts into your schedule is a great way to fast track those fitness goals. This strength based session will have you fine tuning your technique under the watchful eye of a Lords personal trainer while focusing on creating functional strength gains.

Available pool use sessions

During the phase two stage of reopening, we are running seven or eight pool use sessions each day from Monday to Friday and three sessions on Saturday. Each session will have a maximum of 12 people, meaning no more than two people per lane at any time. These sessions can be used for lap swimming or water walking, and have a time limit of on hour maximum.

Please remember that the change rooms and showers are not available for use at this stage, so be sure to arrive in your swimwear and bring a towel or spare clothes to put on over your bathers at the end of your swim.
