NO SWEATS teen fit
Get fit, have fun and hang out with friends these school holidays at Lords with NO SWEATS teen fit!
NO SWEATS is a teen health and fitness program for 12 to 16 year olds. Sessions run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 to 24 January and cost just $15 per person.
Session details
Monday sessions – 6, 13 and 20 Jan

10.30am to 12.30pm

One hour of functional fitness – learn training techniques to work your muscles and improve your fitness with one of our talented PTs.

One hour in the NO SWEATS chill out zone – hang out with friends and enjoy table tennis, courts sports and make use of the free wifi.
Wednesday sessions – 8, 15 and 22 Jan

10.30am to 12.30pm

One hour of box & bike – work on strength and fitness with a fun session of boxing and cycling on our indoor bikes.

One hour in the NO SWEATS chill out zone – hang out with friends and enjoy table tennis, courts sports and make use of the free wifi.
Friday sessions – 10, 17 and 24 Jan

One hour of agility boxing – work up a sweat and learn some classic boxing moves in this fun session.

One hour in the NO SWEATS chill out zone – hang out with friends and enjoy table tennis, courts sports and make use of the free wifi.
How to register
To register for a NO SWEATS session, simply call Lords on 6229 6600 and we can take your registration and payment over the phone. Please note that payment is necessary to guarantee your spot.
Parental permission is required prior to participation in NO SWEATS. Don't forget to have your parent or guardian fill out the permission form below (including the physical activity readiness questionnaire) before your first session.
