Get fit, have fun and hang out with friends these school holidays at Lords with NO SWEATS teen fit!

NO SWEATS is a health and fitness program for 12 to 16 year olds. The spring program includes sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 29 September to 8 October. Sessions cost just $15 per person.

Session details

Functional fitness for teens

  • Week one: Tuesday 29 September and Thursday 1 October

  • Week two: Tuesday 6 and Thursday 8 October

  • 9am to 11am

  • One hour of functional fitness – learn training techniques to work your muscles and improve your fitness with one of our talented PTs.

  • ​One hour in the NO SWEATS chill out zone – hang out with friends, enjoy courts sports and make use of the free wifi.


How to register

To register for a NO SWEATS session, simply call Lords on 6229 6600 and we can take your registration and payment over the phone. Please note that payment is necessary to guarantee your spot.

Parental permission is required prior to participation in NO SWEATS.  Don't forget to have your parent or guardian fill out the permission form below (including the physical activity readiness questionnaire) before your first session.

Physical activity readiness questionnaire

Has your child ever been diagnosed with a heart condition that could affect what physical activity they can participate in?:
