Monday 2 August sees the launch of the Lords gym's 6-week running challenge, which we're calling "Zero to Hero"

It is important to keep your body moving… especially during the winter months! There is no better way to warm your body up than going for a run.

The purpose of this challenge is to train Lord’s members up to be able to run 5km. Running is a full-body exercise that can help build and tone your muscles, improve your cardiovascular fitness and increase your stamina. Running is great for all ages and will be sure to get your heart rate up and give you a great workout! 

There is no cost to join the Zero to Hero running challenge and participation at any stage throughout the challenge is encouraged. Members who complete 5km’s at the end of the 6 weeks will earn a free coffee from the Lords café.
