From 25 November we will be updating our group fitness timetable with a variety of changes. These changes have been made with specific regard to instructor availability and in order for us to provide the best, most comprehensive timetable that we can.

Classes that are changing time, date or instructor:


  • 8.45am Pilates will now be taken by Sara

  • 10.30am gold energiser will now be taken by Jo-Anne


  • 10.30am gold circuit will now be taken by Judi


  • 10am gold fitness will now be taken by Judi

  • 5.15pm Pilates will now be taken by Jo-Anne


  • 8.45am RPM (45 mins) is moving to 9.30am (50 mins) with Lee.

  • 9.30am yoga is moving to Friday 10.30am yogalates (75 mins) and will now be taken by Simmy.

  • 9.30am gold dance to music will change to Zumba Gold and will now be taken by Simmy

  • 10.30am gold Pilates will now be taken by Simmy


  • 10.30am Pilates will change to yogalates (75 mins) and will now be taken by Simmy.

New classes

  • Les Mills BARRE – 9.45am Thursdays  

BARRE is a modern version of classic ballet training; a 30 minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles and build core strength. Incorporating classic ballet positions with modern music, BARRE combines cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

Attend the optional 15 minute tutorial before class at 9.30am to learn ballet language, key positions and moves.

  • Yogalates – 10.30am Fridays

This 75 minute class fuses yoga and Pilates methods in order to improve your posture and movement quality.

Stretch, mobilise and strengthen your body with a focus on breath functionality to increase your sense of wellbeing. Participants will learn and understand why and how their deep core muscles aid in a healthy spine.

Complete the class by relaxing and de-stressing with an optional sound bowl meditation.
