From Monday 20 July, we will be launching an updated group fitness timetable.
The updated timetable will feature a variety of changes that will bring the class schedule more in line with our pre-closure timetable.
Some of the changes include:
a new yogalates class at 1.15pm on Mondays
the return of BARRE at 7pm on Mondays
the addition of SPRINT at 12.30pm on Mondays and 6am on Wednesdays
the addition of aqua at 9am on Wednesdays
a new cycle class, SPS30, with Lee at 9.30am on Thursdays
the return of SH'BAM at 5.15pm on Fridays.
Some other classes will also change time, length or format.
