Once you complete a new personal best, an instructor will update your score on the gym board, so you can track your progress throughout the month.
October workshop – Powerlifting 101
Join our trainers as they discuss and demonstrate how to master the four core powerlifting moves. Participants will be provided with teaching points and a training program on how to master the squat, deadlift, bench press and strict press.
