New Group Fitness Timetable Launching Monday 14 March

Our new group fitness timetable launching Monday 14 March can be found here!

​Important changes to note:
  • Monday Aqua will begin at the earlier start time of 9.30am.  Get in early for this busy and fun class!
  • Tuesday SPRINT  has moved to a slightly later time of 6.30pm so that all you day workers can get onto the bike in time for your HIIT workout.
  • Wednesday Aqua due to popular demand, we have secured the lovely Jo-Anne one more morning a week for you.  Jump into the pool at 10.45am for your water workout.
  • Thursday Body Attack is now 45 minutes, don’t let the intensity stop you from coming along, there is lots of options for everyone. We have made the class a little shorter so you can get on with your day sooner!
