This January, we challenge you to set yourself a wellness goal and achieve it within 31 days!
Whether you want to lose some weight, commit to attending a new group fitness class, or simply start putting some time aside for yourself by grabbing a coffee in the café once a week, we’ve got your back.
We’ll make sure that you’ve got all the support you need to achieve your goal and make 2019 your year!
The challenge begins at the start of January 2019 and challenge entries are now open. Set your goal and pop it up on the the Jump start Jan goals board at reception today.
How to get started:
- Set yourself a goal to achieve in 31 days.
- Visit reception and get your picture taken.
- Write your name and goal on the Jump start Jan form.
- Pin your form and picture on the board.
- Start working towards your goal!
You can join the challenge any time up until Friday 15 January and will have 31 days from the day you sign up to achieve your goal.
There will be prizes up for grabs and special competitions for all challenge participants, so get ready to make a commitment to a healthier, happier you!
