From Monday 1 February 2021 we will making some exciting updates to our group fitness timetable, including a variety of new weekday evening class time slots. We’ve listened to your requests for more 60 minute sessions and more BODYATTACK classes, and we’re pleased to be able to deliver on both of those requests and more!

Here’s a little overview of what you can expect on the revised timetable:
Start you week with our new Monday evening line-up! On Mondays, yoga is moving to a slightly earlier timeslot of 5pm and we’ll be launching a brand new 60 minute 6pm BODYATTACK session, followed by a 7pm BODYPUMP class!
Tuesdays will now feature a new 45 minute BODYSTEP session, following on from our regular BODYPUMP/CXWORX combo class.
On Wednesday evenings you’ll soon be able to enjoy a new BODYCOMBAT session, followed by a longer 60 minute BODYPUMP class.
Finally, get ready to finish the working week with a new 5pm Pilates session on a Friday evening!
Please understand that due to instructor availability and low class attendance, some class offerings have been moved or reduced. As always, all decisions have been made with the ultimate goal of providing you with the best, most comprehensive timetable that we can.
We’re looking forward to rolling out this updated timetable from Monday 1 February.
