Group fitness timetable updates

After consultation and careful consideration, we are updating our group fitness timetable with the following changes, to commence on Monday 2 September:

Changes to class time and length:

  • Tuesday 6.15pm BODYCOMBAT with Dickie will now be 60 mins.

  • Wednesday 6pm BODYPUMP with Suzi will now be 60 mins.

  • Wednesday 6.45pm yoga will be moved to 7pm.

  • Saturday 8.45am BODYATTACK with Caroline will now be 45 mins.

  • Saturday 9.45am BODYCOMBAT with Lauren/Kate/David will be moved to 9.30am and will now be 60 mins.

Class replacements and cancellations:

  • Monday 12.30pm SPRINT will be replaced by BODYCOMBAT (45 mins) with Ulises.

  • Thursday 9am CYCLE:30 will be replaced by 8.45am RPM with Lee.

  • Thursday 5.15pm ATTACK/PUMP/CXWORX will be replaced by 5.15pm BODYATTACK (60 mins) & 6.15pm BODYPUMP (45 mins) with Caroline.

  • Saturday 9.15am CXWORX will no longer be offered.

Flagged classes:

Due to low attendance, we have flagged these two classes. We will monitor attendance over the next four weeks and will then decide if we will continue to offer them.

  • Wednesday 7pm yoga.

  • Friday 6.15am SPRINT.
