Our revised Group Fitness timetable will commence on Monday 11th August 2025.
Our Health and Fitness team will continue to review the timetable on a regular bi-annual basis, taking into account class performance and member feedback, as well as new industry trends.
We are excited to announce three new programs hitting our studio as a part of our new timetable:
ZUMBA
Zumba is a cardio workout that combines dance and aerobic exercise, with a Latin-inspired flare.

LES MILLS FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
This is a 45-minute full body strength workout that combines heavy compound barbell exercises with short bursts of explosive functional movements with a hand plate. Unlike BODYPUMP, Functional Strength will have you lifting heavier weights and move through more functional movements.

LES MILLS SHAPES
This is a 45-minute low impact, high intensity strength class with movements inspired by Yoga, Pilates and Barre. You'll find some fun equipment like booty bands and sliders incorporated into the workout to add to the challenge.
