Join us for an in depth workshop run by an accredited sports dietitian from Catalyst Dietitian.
Whether you want to learn how to plan your diet leading up to the City to Surf or lose weight, this workshop will help guide you on your fitness journey.
You'll learn about eating for weight loss, pre-session fuel and recovery nutrition. The workshop will conclude with a Q&A session, where the dietitian will answer any questions you may still have.
