As always, the health and safety of Lords staff and customers is our number one priority, and we are committed to doing our part to keep the community safe and healthy during the emerging COVID-19 situation.
On 22 March the federal government announced that gyms and indoor sports centres are restricted from opening to assist with reducing the spread of COVID-19. In line with this decision, Lords has closed temporarily, effective from 12pm Monday 23 March. At this stage the length of the closure is unknown, but the federal government indicated that this decision would be reviewed monthly.
We understand how important Lords is to the community and recognise this is a difficult process for everybody.
We will continue to work with City of Subiaco to ensure we are doing what is best for our community by monitoring the situation very closely and following the advice of the Department of Health, so that we can reopen the centre as soon as is practical.
All memberships have automatically been placed on free suspension for the duration of this closure and members will not be charged. The closure will not affect suspension periods and all membership expiry dates will be pushed back by the duration of the closure.

All direct debits payments have been suspended and will remain suspended until Lords reopens.
Can I get a refund for my upfront membership?

Can I get a refund for my court or community facility booking?
Yes. We have contacted all hirers to cancel bookings for the temporary closure period and refunds are being processed.

I am on a direct debit membership and my scheduled payment was charged today (Monday 23 March), what happens with that payment?
Any direct debit payments that were effective at the time of the closure (23 March 2020) will be credited at the recommencement of the membership when Lords reopens.
