Working at Lords

Lords is regularly on the look out for casual staff for the café, crèche, at reception, as gym or group fitness instructors or as umpires and referees.

At Lords we pride ourselves on our experienced, qualified staff, and as such, all positions have a variety of requirements. If you would like to enquire about vacant positions please ensure you have the required qualifications and then complete the form below.

Please note: all positions require a current First Aid qualification, a National Police Clearance and Visa documents if applicable.


  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA)
  • Approved Manager certification
  • Experience as a barista

Group fitness

  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Experience instructing freestyle and/or Les Mills exercise programs


  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness
  • Registration with Fitness Australia

Customer service

  • Working with Children certification
  • Previous experience in a health and fitness facility preferred
  • Previous experience working in memberships is preferred

Referees and umpires

  • Umpire/referee qualification preferred
  • Relevant experience as a netball, basketball or soccer umpire/referee

Crèche, kids programs and parties

  • Working with Children certification
  • Previous experience working in child care is preferred
