The 25-metre indoor heated swimming pool is one metre in depth from end-to-end. The pool is perfect for water running and muscular rehabilitation. Heated to 29 degrees all year round, providing the perfect environment for an intense water-resistance workout or a cool down after a strenuous weights session.
Lords offers aqua classes, held at various times that are a great alternative to the gym and other group fitness classes.
