Lords personal trainer a champion

Amy Fox Lords personal trainer has placed first in her division and won ‘overall best legs’ in Perth at the National Amateur Body Builders Associations’ (NABBA) figure fitness state show on Sunday 30 May and came second in her division at the Australian championships in Queensland the week after.

Figure fitness is a physique-exhibition event for women, bearing a close resemblance to female bodybuilding emphasising ‘healthy muscle tone and symmetry’ over ‘muscle size’ all the while maintaining femininity.

Amy said a healthy diet, regular exercise and having fun is critical for both men and women, young and old to maintain healthy, strong muscles and bones. The best part is it’s never too late to start!

Amy is currently mentoring other Lords staff and members to take on figure fitness challenges, and is organising all aspects of their preparation work including – training programs, routine choregraphy and stage presentation.

For more information please contact Lords on 9381 6666.
