Imogen has grown up being dedicated to dance, completing high grades of Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.) Ballet. Imogen's commitment to fitness and being active is what has driven her to become a personal trainer and forge a career in the health and fitness industry.
Imogen loves high intensity training, circuit and strength training, she believes that exercise should be enjoyable, she makes sure her clients enjoy their training session while working to achieve their goals.
Imogen has the following qualifications:
- Certificate III and IV in Health and Fitness – Gym Instruction & Personal Training
- Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate
