Lords runs free monthly health and fitness workshops open to the whole community, where participants get tips and demonstrations from our team of experienced personal trainers. You’ll learn about everything from kickboxing to maintaining muscle mass and bone density as you age.
Traditional pull-ups rely on upper body strength with no ‘kipping’, or swinging. The main target of this area is the Latissimus Dorsi (lats), several arm muscles and your core.
Join personal trainer Stuart for a free workshop on how to master this challenging exercise and improve upper body strength, while learning about different back exercises, the function and anatomy of the back.
