Carolyn Ainsworth

Carolyn's specialities and interests include competitive body sculpting, contest and special event training and preparation, functional training, circuit work, plyometrics, body weight training and core strength. Carolyn has the following qualifications Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR.

Do better than your last workout. If you want to look amazing, you have to train amazing, you have to eat amazing and you have to sleep amazing. There are no shortcuts. Happy training!

Mark Barnwell

Mark has six years experience in personal training. His specialities and interests are strength and conditioning, endurance training, special populations, circuit training and boxing.

Mark has the following qualifications: Certificate III and IV in Health and Fitness – Gym Instruction, Senior First Aid Certificate, level 1 Sports Trainer, Hakarac Boxing Instructor, Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and currently studying Graduate Diploma of Exercise Science.

Aaron Barton

Aaron has three years experience in personal training. His specialties and interests are in weight loss, strength and conditioning, functional training, nutritional analysis, core strength and balance and flexibility.

Aaron has the following qualifications; Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Master Trainer and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

Steve Bray

Steve's specialities and interests include CrossFit training, he was a Primal Throwdown finalist this year.  Other specialities include strength and conditionining using the CrossFit training style, sports specific and athlete training.


Steve has the following qualificatons; Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Older Adults Trainer, Children's Trainer and Senior First Aid Certificate.

Katrina Challot

Katrina has three years experience in personal training. Her specialties and interests are in endurance sports specific – triathlons, cardio boxing, circuit training, pre/post natal, fitness and swimming.

Katrina has the following qualifications; Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, Punch Pad Fitness, Kids Fit Australia, Active Out of Hours Community Coach and Provider for Children and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

Lisa Davies

Lisa's specialities and interests are cardio fitness, running, triathlons, cardio boxing, boxing for fitness, circuit training and functional training and fat loss.

Lisa has the following qualifications: Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, Kidz Fit instructor qualified, Boxing certificate and Senior First Aid certificate.

Rebecca Durrant

Rebecca's specialities and interests include post natal exercise and weight loss, muscle toning and weight loss, core strength, cardio fitness and endurance training including Rottnest channel swim training.

Rebecca has her Certificate III in gym instructing and Certificate IV in personal training.

Amy Fox

Amy has eight years experience in personal training. Amy’s specialties and interests are in competitive body building/sculpting and contest preparation, pre and post operation supervision and training, flexibility and stretching (PNF), joint health - mobility and stability, postural correction and 'Improve your game' training - baseball/golf/football. Amy has the following qualifications; Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, Multi-Trax Spin Freestyle, Knee and Ankle Rehabilitation, Lower Back Rehabilitation, Fitball Core Training, Thump Boxing Level 1 and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

Hannah Hatton

Hannah has five years experience in personal training. Her specialties and interests are sports specific, cardio boxing, fitball and core stability, flexibility and stretching (PNF), plyometrics, strength and agility training. Hannah has the following qualification; Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, Pre and Post Natal exercise, Level 1 and Advanced Certificate – Boxing for Fitness, Knee and Ankle Rehabilitation and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

I encourage my clients to reach their personal fitness goals through motivation and self belief. My aim is to bring enjoyment into exercise and to help people feel good about themselves

Russell Mathwin

Russell's specialities and interests include Crossfit training, Crossfit and high intensity training, functional training and athlete training and sport specific.

Russell's qualifications are Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Older Adult Trainer, Childrens Trainer and Senior First Aid and CPR.

Shane Stobie

Shane's specialities and interests include sports specific training focusing on Australian Rules, explosive training including speed work and plyometrics, boxing for fitness, weight loss programs and body weight training.

Shane has Certificates III and IV in fitness, senior first aid and CPR.

Patrick Swan

Patrick has five years experience in personal training. His specialties and interests are weight loss and lifestyle advice, functional strength training, endurance training, plyometrics and SAQ training and core stability.

Patrick has the following qualifications; YMCA Personal Trainer Award, YMCA Advanced Resistance Programming, YMCA Exercise Nutrition, YMCA Training in Different Environments, YMCA Sports Conditioning, YMCA Gym Instructor Award and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

Anna Virgona

Anna's specialities and interests include athletics especially middle distance and long distance running, athlete and sports specific training and endurance training.

Anna has the following qualifications: Certificates III and IV in fitness, Older Adults Trainer, Children's Trainer and Senior First Aid and CPR.

Pauline Walshe

Pauline has always had a passionate interest in the exercising of special needs groups. Pauline has worked with the intellectually and physically disabled and has assisted in a voluntary capacity with teaching the blind to swim. She is currently launching two new circuit classes for the over 55s and is promoting group functional fitness classes for both seniors and special needs. Pauline also instructs shallow and deep aqua.

Pauline has the following qualifications: Certificate III in fitness, Certificate IV in Fitness, Senior First Aid and Hydrotherapy Rescue Award and Resuscitation.

Mitch Wylie

Mitch's specialities and interests include training for mind and body well being, promotion of long term lifestyle change, functional strength training, core strength and stability, weight and body fat loss and boxing for fitness.

Mitch has the following qualifications: Certificate III in Fitness, Certificate IV in Fitness and Certificate IV Sports and Specific Massage Therapy.
