Mark Barnwell

Mark has six years experience in personal training. His specialities and interests are strength and conditioning, endurance training, special populations, circuit training and boxing.

Mark has the following qualifications: Certificate III and IV in Health and Fitness – Gym Instruction, Senior First Aid Certificate, level 1 Sports Trainer, Hakarac Boxing Instructor, Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and currently studying Graduate Diploma of Exercise Science.

Aaron Barton

Aaron has three years experience in personal training. His specialties and interests are in older adults, nutrition, strength, flexibility and obese specific.

Aaron has the following qualifications; Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Master Trainer and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

“I’m an enthusiastic trainer who inspires, motivates and encourages my clients to reach their individual goals. I specialise in weight loss and training older adults.”

Kristy Burton

Kristy has two years experience in personal training. Her specialties and interests are in toning and sculpting, ladies only programs, cardio boxing for fitness, lower back pain and pre/post season training for netball and softball.

Kristy has the following qualifications; Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

Katrina Challot

Katrina has two years experience in personal training. Her specialties and interests are in endurance sports specific – triathlons, cardio boxing, circuit training, pre/post natal and kids fitness.

Katrina has the following qualifications; Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, Punch Pad Fitness, Kids Fit Australia, Active Out of Hours Community Coach and Provider for Children and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

Amy Fox

Amy has seven years experience in personal training. Amy’s specialties and interests are in competitive body building/sculpting and contest preparation, flexibility and stretching (PNF), joint mobility and stability, postural correction and pre/post natal.

Amy has the following qualifications; Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, Multi-Trax Spin Freestyle, Knee and Ankle Rehabilitation, Lower Back Rehabilitation, Fitball Core Training, Thump Boxing Level 1 and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

Hannah Hatton

Hannah has three years experience in personal training. Her specialties and interests are sports specific, cardio boxing, fitball and core stability, flexibility and stretching (PNF), plyometrics, strength and agility training.

Hannah has the following qualification; Certificate III Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, Level 1 and Advanced Certificate – Boxing for Fitness, Knee and Ankle Rehabilitation and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

William Hegerty

William has five years experience in personal training. His specialties and interests are cancer rehabilitation, functional training and sports specific athletic performance.

William has the following qualifications; Post Graduate Studies in Exercise Science and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

Anne-Marie McDermott

Anne-Marie's specialities and interests are strength, conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, muscle sculpting (IFBB Fitness Figure Competitor 2008). She is goal orientated -setting realistic goals and achieving them in set time frames.

Anne-Marie has 5 years of fitness industry experience her qualifications include Cert III Gym Instructor, Cert IV Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, Senior First Aid and CPR

Patrick Swan

Patrick has five years experience in personal training. His specialties and interests are weight loss and lifestyle advice, functional strength training, endurance training, plyometrics and SAQ training and core stability.

Patrick has the following qualifications; YMCA Personal Trainer Award, YMCA Advanced Resistance Programming, YMCA Exercise Nutrition, YMCA Training in Different Environments, YMCA Sports Conditioning, YMCA Gym Instructor Award and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

Wendy Townsend

Wendy has two years experience in personal training. Her specialties and interests are in muscle toning/sculpting, core strength and balance, sports specific strength and conditioning, circuit training and boxing for fitness.

Wendy has the following qualifications; American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, Certificate IV College of Health and Fitness – Personal Trainer, Certificate III College of Health and Fitness – Gym Instructor, Advanced Boxing for Fitness Instructor (THUMP Training Systems), Practical Training for Resistance with Injury Prevention and a Senior First Aid Certificate.
