Autumn/winter sports season

The 2017 autumn/winter season starts on Monday 13 March 2017 and runs for seventeen weeks (fifteen standard rounds and two finals weeks).

Early bird registrations ($165) close on 28 February at which point the standard registration fee ($195) will apply until 13 April when registrations close.


Online registrations and a chance to win!

Leading up to the beginning of the new season, Lords will be switching over to a new online fixturing program called SportFix. SportFix is the most advanced online fixturing software available that allows registration payments to be made online by teams at the time of their registration.

As part of launching SportFix, we are running a special promotion throughout February where one lucky team will win the entire autumn/winter season for free! All teams who sign up and pay online within the month of February will go into the running to win the free season.

To go into the draw, simply register your team online. Note: You must pay the initial nomination fee and advance game fee online in order to be accepted into the competition. See below for terms and conditions.

Full season in advance online payments can also be arranged upon request. Please email the Lords sports department if you would like to choose this option. Forfeit fees still apply.


Season information

This season you will be able to access your fixtures via SportFix, either on your computer or on the SportFix mobile application.

It is recommended that teams download the SportFix app from their app store before the start of the season.

Please note that the sports competition will be running on the Easter Monday, ANZAC Day and WA Day public holidays.

Don’t forget: All team captains in the autumn/winter social sports competition are eligible for a free gym membership for the duration of their season. This membership grants them access to all facilities at Lords including the gym, pool, group fitness, sauna and spa. The membership is for the team captain only and is non-transferable.

Promotion terms and conditions:

  • All teams who register and pay online in February will go into the draw to win their autumn/winter season free.

  • The free season includes all game fees, but does not include the nomination fee or any forfeit fees incurred throughout the season.

  • The winner will be selected at random and notified on 1 March 2017.

  • The draw will be conducted by Lords staff and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

  • The winning team will have their two week advance game fee reimbursed as part of the prize.
