All trainers hold a Certificate IV in Health and Fitness (as a minimum) and are registered with Fitness Australia. Our trainers specialise in:

Anna L

Anna is an experienced Personal Trainer and strength and conditioning coach. Anna specialises in sports specific strength and conditioning and  injury rehabilitation and prevention. Among Anna's previous coaching successes have been two Paralympic athletes who won Gold and Bronze in London's 2012 Paralympics games.

Anna has the following qualifications:
  • BSc Hons Degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage.
  • Cert IV Personal Trainer.
  • Cert III Gym Instructor.
  • Senior First Aid.

Anna V

Anna's specialities and interests include athletics, especially middle distance and long distance running, athlete and sport-specific training and endurance training.

Anna has the following qualifications:

  • Certificates III and IV in Fitness
  • Older Adults Trainer
  • Children's Trainer
  • Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR.

Karrie

Karrie is a focused and highly energetic personal trainer, who specialises in hypertrophy (muscle gain), nutrition and lifestyle coaching, weight loss and German volume training. Karrie is currently undertaking globally recognised Poliquin International Certification in strength and conditioning.

Karrie has the following qualifications:

  • Certificate IV Personal Trainer
  • Certificate III Gym Instructor
  • Older Adult Trainer
  • Children's Trainer
  • Senior First Aid.
     

Mark

Mark has six years’ experience with personal training in Perth. His specialities and interests are strength and conditioning, endurance training, special populations, circuit training and boxing.

Mark has the following qualifications:

  • Certificate III and IV in Health and Fitness – Gym Instruction
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Level 1 Sports Trainer
  • Hakarac Boxing Instructor
  • Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science
  • Graduate Diploma of Exercise Science.

Rebecca

Rebecca's specialities and interests include post natal exercise and weight loss, muscle toning and weight loss, core strength, cardio fitness and endurance training including Rottnest Channel swim training.

Rebecca has the following qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Gym Instructing
  • Certificate IV in Personal Training.

 

Russell

Russell's specialities and interests include crossfit training, crossfit and high intensity training, functional training and athlete training and sport-specific.

Russell has the following qualifications:

Shane

Shane's specialities and interests include sport-specific training focusing on Australian Rules, explosive training including speed work and plyometrics, boxing for fitness, weight loss programs and body weight training.
